…As soon as Bombur had gone, Bilbo put on his ring, fastened his rope, slipped down over the wall, and was gone.  While Bilbo made his way towards Bard, one of his soldiers heard Bilbo’s feet rustling through the bushes. A short, fierce warrior, who served Bard for as long as he remembered, was a shapeshifting BurraHobbit. If you remember our troll friends from the beginning, they called Bilbo a BurraHobbit. You may have thought it was a fake creature, but no. Believe it or not they are really burglars. They live in the forests next to rich towns and make the stealthiest heists on the planet. The BurraHobbits are a kind folk indeed aside from their sneaky trait, since they are Hobbits, and they speak in a language only they know or in some cases, other Hobbit races. The BurraHobit’s name was Milana.

As Bilbo was approaching Bard’s camp, Milana was on his tail. “A normal Hobbit as a burglar. And I thought that the BurraHobbits were the only ones!” laughed Milana out loud. Bilbo was frightened, but then lit up when he saw her face. He saw her big brown eyes shining brightly, and her long brown hair reaching down.

“Might I ask who you are, fair gentlewoman?” Bilbo asked.

Milana jumped to Bilbo and introduced herself, “Milana Dimswerth, part of the Maraya clan of the BurraHobbits.”

You see, BurraHobbits are a special folk. They live in clans under the rule of the Great BurraHobbit. Each clan has to steal from the rich as a team, and the Maraya Clan is one of them. Bilbo understood who she was in a blink of an eye. He remembered his grandfather’s stories about this race of the Hobbits.

He introduced himself in the most mannered way possible, “Bilbo Baggins, burglar for Thorin, King Under the Mountain.”

Milana suddenly saw a white gem in Bilbo’s hand. She knew right away that the gem was the Arkenston. “Bilbo, Thorin will make sure your flesh will be burnt if he sees you with that thing!” exclaimed Milana.

Bilbo answered her by saying, “What I will do with this gem, will bring peace upon Thorin and Bard.”

Milana said, “No Bilbo, you will die. I’ll sneak the gem back in for you, so that Thorin won’t suspect a thing.”

Bilbo answered, “No! You can’t, I will bring peace. Or all my friends will starve from the siege.”

Milana was flustered, “But Bilbo, I love you!”

But then Bilbo said, “Love will always prevail, and that is why I will be alive after this,” Milana was convinced and said, “Fine, but after your adventure, I will meet you at your Hobbit Hole. Oh and if you are asking how I know about your Hobbit Hole, I spy on you a lot.”

Bilbo looked at her with love and said, “Till’ then!”

Bilbo thought: What a fair gentlewomen. This was a bitter and nasty trip, but I get to spend time with my lover when I get back to my Hobbit Hole. Maybe this journey was worth it after all
